The festival starts off with a racy performance by the singing of a ballad. The excitation reaches an epitome of excellence by various dance performances, boat races on the Nakki Lake and an arrant musical extravaganza, Sham-e-Quwalli.

The festival event comes to an end with an aggrandized display of fireworks, leaving an impression in the mind of the people that splices up to ad-infinitum.
